Radial Viewer Enterprise takes information from the databases of the transactional and operational systems of the enterprise, whose information the end user needs to analyze; for example, ERP system, sales, CRM, human resources, clients and scheduling; Radial Viewer Enterprise can access this systems directly, or as most recommended accessing data marts and data warehouses built from these systems using GaussSoft’s ETL tools (Doors and Importer), or any other ETL the user chooses.  With Cube Maker module, a technical user creates the logical model pointing to the physical tables of the information. Definitions of the multidimensional cubes are made using terminology of the end user language.  The final users access the cubes’ definitions for building reports and dashboards, as well as the reports and dashboards previously created, through different kinds of users, including the Client/Server user, the briefcase option (disconnected) and the Web user.
