SINGLE USER EDITION

If you are Planning on having only 1 user, with 1 QuickBooks® file, have QuickBooks® installed on one computer and only need access to analysis and reports. We provide Software licenses and support services; you can choose the stars you need.

MULTI USER EDITION

If more than one person in your company will be accessing QuickBooks® information for analysis and reports, and you manage only one QuickBooks® file. We provide Software licenses and support services; you can choose the number of users and stars you need.

CONSOLIDATION EDITION

If you manage several companies or branches, or for any other reason you have more than one QuickBooks® file, the Consolidation edition will give you easy and sustainable access to all information merged into one single database, for benchmarking, comparisons, and other analysis and reports. Multi-user feature is included. We provide Software licenses and support services; you can choose the number of QuickBooks files, number of users and stars you need.

ACCOUNTANT EDITION

If you are a CPA managing several QuickBooks® files for you customers, you have QuickBooks® installed on one computer, and need separate access to each of your customer’s QuickBooks® files, and are looking to add value to your customers by providing for them custom and graphical reports. One year fee – includes all stars available. Basic fee allows to manage up to 25 files; additional files licenses are available.
