ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE QUICKBOOKS STAR
See in graphics or charts all the money you are
collecting in the future, organized by age, geography,
customer, job, item, bill date fiscal, payments and even
by invoice!
This cube is “dynamic”, meaning
that is calculated “on the fly”, right in the moment when
you fire the query. The system will search for all the open
invoices that have pending payments and will calculate the
age comparing each invoice payment’s due date to your
computers date.
The Aging dimension is organized
in “Current”, “1-30”, “31-60”,”61-90” and “>90” days and can
be used in charts of graphics combined with any other
variable in the cube, opening many possibilities for
reporting an analysis. For example, you can create in
seconds a stacked bar of item type by age next to a pie by
customer type and pivot this by different states. Amazing,
isn’t it?
In total this cube has 9
dimensions, built gathering information from the customer
and items lists and from invoices, sales receipts and credit
memos from QuickBooks®.
