See in graphics, charts or reports all the payables
in the future, organized by age, geography, entity
(vendor) , billing date, payments and even by bill!
This cube is “dynamic”, meaning that is calculated
“on the fly”, right in the moment when you fire the
query. The system will search for all the open bills
that have pending payments and will calculate the age
comparing each bill payment’s due date to your computers
date.
The Aging dimension is organized in “Current”,
“1-30”, “31-60”,”61-90” and “>90” days and can be used
in charts of graphics combined with any other variable
in the cube, opening many possibilities for reporting an
analysis. For example, you can create in seconds a
stacked bar of vendor by age. Amazing, isn’t it?
In total this cube has 10 dimensions, built gathering
information from transactions within QuickBooks®
