PAYMENTS FOR QUICKBOOKS STAR
This star produces reports not available in QuickBooks.
Once a bill is closed, the reports in the report center
are limited or null. The payments star allows you to
track all the payment history of your customers, pending
or closed. You can track behavior and patterns of late
payments by customer, city or other variable, for
instance:
- List all the payments of a particular
customer in the last year, closed or pending.
- See
who are the customers that are always late on their
payments? Which ones pay before time?
- Which
customers are increasing the time they take to pay?
- In which cities customers pay on time?
- What bills
have been overpaid?
Measures in this star
include: Amount paid, Balance due, Days after bill, Days
After due, Late due days and Overpayment.
In
total this star has 6 dimensions that include: Customer,
Geography, Payment Method, Bill Date, Due date and
Payment date.
