The following questions will help you to identify what to buy, according to your needs.

Question 1:  Should I buy combos or individual products?

We have designed Combos for consolidation and multiuser editions, to make it easier for you to select a basic solution, but you can select individual products if you want to customize each user with the specific stars you need.

1. If Single User: Select between Standard (with sales and financial stars - CMB-RVSE-SUST-01) or Advanced (with all stars - CMB-RVSE-SUAD-01).
2. If Multi User: Select the initial 3 users including the server, between Standard (3 users each with sales and financial stars - CMB-RVSE-MUST-01) or Advanced (3 users each with all stars - CMB-RVSE-MUAD-01). For additional users buy individual products.
3. If Consolidation: Select the initial user including the server and consolidation for 2 QuickBooks files, between Standard (with sales and financial stars - CMB-RVSE-CNST-01) or Advanced (with all stars - CMB-RVSE-CNAD-01. Select number of additional files required (question 3). For additional users buy individual products.

Question 2:  For individual products, Which Version are you looking for?

1. If Single User, Then you will need to order SINGLE USER (LIC-RVSE-SU-01), PLUS, the stars you want.
2. If Multi User, then you will need to order MULTI-USER SERVER (LIC-RVSE-MU-SERVER), PLUS, the number of clients for number of users (question 3), PLUS stars for each user (questions 5 to 10)
3. If Consolidation (single or multiuser), then you will need to order CONSOLIDATION SERVER (LIC-RVSE-CE-SERVER) PLUS, number of additional files required (question 3), PLUS number of clients for number of users (question 4), PLUS stars for each user (questions 5 to 10)

Question  3:  If you are looking to purchase Consolidation Server, How many Files are you looking to consolidate?

1. If 0-3, then all you need is CONSOLIDATION SERVER (LIC-RVSE-CE-SERVER) aboves
2. If 4 or more, then order as many as you want of ADDITIONAL FILES (LIC-RVSE-CF-01), or 10/20/50/100 additional files packs (LIC-RVSE-CF-10, LIC-RVSE-CF-20, LIC-RVSE-CF-50, LIC-RVSE-CF-100)

Question 4:  Determine how many total users (clients) will you have and Order that number with RV USER (LIC-RVSE-CL-01)

Question 5: Determine how many of those users will need access to Sales module?  Order CUB-RVSE-SC-SC-01

Question 6:  Determine how many of those users will need access to Jobs module? Order CUB-RVSE-SC-JC-01

Question 7:  Determine how many of those users will need access to Accounts Receivables module.  Order CUB-RVSE-SC-AR-01

Question 8:  Determine how many users will need access to Financial suite module.  Order CUB-RVSE-SC-FC-01

Question 9:  Determine how many users will need access to Accounts Payable module.  Order CUB-RVSE-SC-AP-01

Question 10:  Determine how many of those users will need access to Time tracking module.  Order CUB-RVSE-SC-KC-01
